Terms & Conditions


FADC is open to girls of all abilities aged from 5 years old. See our /website and social media pages to see what sessions are available.

Bookings :

Bookings are made on our booking system here or via our website www.fitnabel.com and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings for all sessions must strictly be accompanied by full payment for the upcoming term. Until payment is made, your child’s place may be offered to someone else as we are limited to numbers. FADC does not issue invoices. All costs can be found on our booking system Classforkids or on our website ww.fitnabel.com.

We require all places on FADC sessions to be booked in advance so we can make sure the correct staff : children ratios are met. Registrations may be accepted on the day depending on availability, however, these are not guaranteed so please have alternative arrangements in place.

Payments :

Payments must be made in advance of your sessions here .Cash or cheques are accepted via an agreement with Alison Abel.

Returned payments :

Payments returned by the bank are subject to bank charges. Any bank charges incurred by FADC as a result of returned payments must be paid in full by the customer, in addition to the original booking fee.

FADC does not accept any liability for bank charges you may incur if a post-dated cheque is processed. Due to the high volume of payments received, the responsibility rests firmly with the customer to ensure all payments are valid at the time of booking.

Late collection fee :

FADC reserves the right to charge additional fees for late collection of children at a rate of £5 per child for every period of 15 minutes that elapses after the appointed collection time.

Cancellation by FADC :

Should it be necessary for FADC to cancel any sessions, as much notice as possible will be given and you will receive a full refund, or be offered a space on the same, or similar session at a later date.

FADC reserves the right to amend training locations and times subject to requirement to benefit both the business and clients. On these occasions as much notice as reasonably practical will be given.

On occasions we may need to call on a male football coach to assist us in the running of our sessions.

Cancellation / Refund policy :

FADC does not issue cash refunds for any reason.Should you wish to cancel your monthly subscription please do so via email to alison@fitnabel.com, giving 2 weeks notice.

Arrival :

Please make sure your child arrives no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of the session and is signed in on the register. We are unable to take responsibility for children who arrive earlier and are not signed in.

Departure :

Parents/carers should arrive at least 5 minutes before the designated end time for the session. No child will be allowed to leave the premises until a parent/carer is there to collect them and signed them out on the register, unless prior written notice is received with suitable alternative arrangements.

Behaviour :

FADC expects all children to behave in a manner that is acceptable to both fellow children and members of staff. FADC reserves the right to exclude a child from a session if the desired behavioural standards are not met. Such failure would include, but not limited to, abuse in the forms of verbal, sexual, racial and physical bulling towards fellow children or a member of staff. Transportation from the session venue will be the responsibility of the parent/carer and no refund will be granted.

Safeguarding


FADC has a responsibility to promote high standards of behaviour within the game of football.

Codes of Conduct

FADC Parents/Carers and spectators will :

  • Remember that children play for FUN.
  • Let the coaches do their job.
  • Give praise, encourage and support all players.
  • Applaud effort as well as good play and success.
  • Promote fun, enjoyment and healthy lifestyles.
  • Never criticise a player for making mistakes, mistakes are part of learning.
  • Never engage in or tolerate any form of bullying.
  • Never engage in, or tolerate, offensive, insulting or abusive language or behaviour.
  • Help the players to understand that the performance matters more than the result.
  • Remember they are representing Fitnabel Football Development Center.
  • Encourage a discipline where children are responsible for their own kit, boots and water bottle.
  • Be punctual at all times.


FADC players will :

  • Always play to the best of their ability in training as well as matches.
  • Always play fairly.
  • Respect their team mates, the opposition, the officials, the spectators and the coaches.
  • Respect our training and match facilities.
  • Respect all equipment, your own and others.
  • Never engage in or tolerate any form of bullying.
  • Never engage in, or tolerate, offensive, insulting or abusive language or behaviour.
  • Shake hands with the opposition after a game has ended, whether you have lost, drawn or won.
  • Remember they are representing Fitnabel Football Development Center.
  • Be punctual at all times.

FADC Coaches will :

  • Create a safe, positive, fun & learning environment for all participants.
  • Be positive role models for young people.
  • Be well presented and wear appropriate/ company uniform.
  • Respect the right of all young people to participate in active football sessions.
  • Coach to the best of their ability.
  • Promote high standards of respect and behaviour.
  • Promote fair play.
  • Make sessions fun as well as appropriate for the player’s age and ability levels.
  • Never engage in or tolerate any form of bullying.
  • Never engage in, or tolerate, offensive, insulting or abusive language or behaviour.
  • Accept that they are responsible for all their players and parents/carers and spectators.
  • Remember they are representing Fitnabel Football Development Center.
  • Promote fun, enjoyment and healthy lifestyles.
  • Be punctual at all times.
  • Encourage their players and parents/carers and spectators to read and understand the FADC Codes of Conduct.
  • All coaches over 16 must be FA level 1 qualified or booked to take the course.

FADC will not tolerate any form of bullying and takes their Codes of Conduct very seriously. If any player, coach, parent/carer or spectator has any concerns then they should contact us immediately. Any breach of the Codes of Conduct will be dealt with appropriately. Fitnabel Football Development Center reserves the right to exclude a child from their sessions if she fails to meet the required standard of behaviour. Transportation home will be the responsibility of the parent/carer and no refund or credit will be issued.



Medical concerns / Allergies :

Parents/carers need to make us aware of any medical concerns or allergies on the registration and booking forms.

Medical consent :

By signing up to FADC you give your permission for your child to receive medical treatment from a first aid trained member of staff or a doctor. You also give your permission for us to take your child to a doctors or hospital in case of an emergency. The parent/carer must give written consent for the administration by FADC coaches and staff of prescribed medication. It is your responsibility to inform us as early as possible of any change in the medical condition of your child.

Epipens :

FADC coaches and staff are not qualified to administer EpiPens. However, they are permitted to do so if we receive written permission from the parent/carer. The parent/carer must state in the letter that permission is given to administer the EpiPen but that they fully understand that staff may not be qualified to do so and that they (the parent/carer) accept full responsibility.

Images :

FADC will take photographs and video record session and matches. It is your responsibility to tell us if you do not want your child to feature in any images that we make available in the public domain through our website, social media sites, advertising and promotional campaigns.

Liability :

FADC does not accept liability for any sickness/damages/injuries or death sustained on our sessions.

Insurance :

All participants are covered by our Public Liability Insurance.

Procedures / Policies :

All of our procedures and policies are available on request.

Complaints :

FADC feels passionately about delivering the highest standards of coaching and care to all of our players. Our aim is to make sure every child has a fantastic experience at every FADC session they attend. If you or your child are not entirely satisfied with the service we provide, we would like to hear about it. If we are aware of any problems while your child is still attending a session, we will aim to resolve this at once.

At first your complaint should be made to the coaching staff, who will look into the matter instantly. If you feel the response to the complaint is not acceptable or you would like to take the matter further, the complaint should be made in writing and addressed to:

Change of Booking Terms and Conditions :

All of our booking terms and conditions are correct at time of release/issue but are subject to change without prior notice.
